(June 2009, Baltimore, MD) Next Generation Financial Services (NGFS), a Division of 1st Mariner Bank proudly announces the addition of JoAnna Bignell to their Management Team as a Regional Manager.

Even as many banks and Reverse Mortgage lenders are decreasing staff, NGFS is on track to recruit 100 full-time loan officers nationwide in 2009. NGFS is a direct FNMA lender and does business in all 50 states.
Joanna, located in Six Lakes, Michigan, brings 20 years of business management experience, and 7 years of direct Reverse Mortgage sales. Originally JoAnna got into the Reverse Mortgage business because her own parents were in need of one several years ago. She enjoys educating her local community about the benefits of the Reverse Mortgage product, and she has a proven track record of production success.

Brett Carter, Founding Partner, and President Elect of the Maryland Mortgage Banker’s Association adds, “More recently we have expanded our recruiting to include experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers as part of the development of a national support effort for programs implemented by NGFS. (June 2009, Baltimore, MD) Next Generation Financial Services (NGFS), a Division of 1st Mariner Bank proudly announces the addition of Peter Klamkin to their Management Team as a Regional Manager.
Even as many banks and Reverse Mortgage lenders are decreasing staff, NGFS is on track to recruit 100 full-time loan officers nationwide in 2009. NGFS is a direct FNMA lender and does business in all 50 states.

Peter has been working in the senior marketplace for over 20 years. Prior to joining NGFS he was Vice-President, Area Director, Retail Sales, for Financial Freedom.  He joined Financial Freedom in January, 2006. Prior to working with Financial Freedom, Peter had spent 17 years in the insurance industry in both final expense and preneed insurance.  At Financial Freedom he managed area managers and reverse mortgage specialists from Illinois to Hawaii.  His strength is developing network relationships which led to sales opportunities. He also ran a national bi-weekly call for retail sales entitled " Monday's With Murray."

Peter Klamkin lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife Susan and daughter Emily.
